I am an Executive Business Coach, entrepreneur, Non-Executive Director and former CEO with over 35 years of experience building, leading and advising businesses across financial services, technology and high-growth ventures. Having co-founded three successful businesses, led complex transformations and coached leaders through pivotal career and business decisions, I bring a unique combination of real life experience, strategic insight and coaching expertise to help individuals and organisations achieve lasting success. I support leaders at pivotal moments in their careers, such as transitioning into a new role, navigating growing responsibilities or encountering unfamiliar challenges.
How I work
My coaching style is practical, supportive and based on real-world leadership experience. I aim to create a trusted space where clients can think clearly, explore challenges openly and develop the confidence to move forward with purpose. While my primary role is to help clients find their own answers, I also draw upon more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, board advisor and business leader. Where appropriate, I’m happy to share relevant insights, perspectives and lessons from my own career to help clients navigate complex situations, broaden their thinking and accelerate their progress.
I love working with smart, ambitious individuals and teams, providing a sounding board, constructive challenge and perhaps, most importantly, a non-judgemental environment in which to think.

I am an Executive Business Coach, Non-Executive Director, entrepreneur and former CEO with extensive experience across Financial Services, FinTech, pensions and high-growth entrepreneurial ventures. Having co-founded three successful businesses, built and exited two market-leading financial technology companies, and served on regulated boards, I bring a unique combination of commercial acumen, strategic insight, governance expertise and a coaching-led approach to leadership.
Today, through Page 1 Coaching, I work with founders, executives and senior leaders navigating growth, transformation and pivotal career transitions. Drawing on more than three decades of leadership experience, I help individuals and leadership teams gain clarity, make confident decisions and deliver results beyond those they initially thought possible.
As Co-founder, COO and later CEO within several successful ventures, I have built businesses from inception, led multidisciplinary teams and designed innovative technology platforms that transformed how financial risk is measured, managed and reported. Most notably, I co-founded RiskFirst, a pioneering SaaS business whose award-winning risk analytics platform became an industry leader before its acquisition by Moody's. Earlier, I co-founded Quadrant Capital, growing the business to over $7 billion in assets under management before its acquisition by The Bank of New York.
Alongside my corporate and advisory work, I founded and operated La Balie, an internationally recognised music and wellbeing retreat in Southwest France, reflecting my belief that high performance, creativity and personal fulfilment are intrinsically connected.
Whether working in the boardroom, coaching senior leaders or advising growth businesses, I bring a combination of commercial pragmatism, intellectual curiosity, sound judgement and genuine empathy. I am known for helping people simplify complexity, think more strategically and unlock opportunities that create lasting value for themselves, their organisations and the people they lead.
I am based in London, hold a BBA from Pace University, New York, am a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme and accredited by EMCC UK.
